GR Infraprojects | Infrastructure company said it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the State Highways Authority of Jharkhand for the construction of the Giridih Bypass (towards Tundi) road, spanning 26.672 km. The project, awarded on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, carries a contract value of ₹290.23 crore. The completion period for the project is set at 24 months from the appointed date.
IRB InvIT Fund | The company has launched a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to raise ₹3,000 crore, with an additional upsize option of ₹250 crore. The QIP also includes an upsize option, taking the potential total fundraise to ₹3,250 crore if fully exercised. The indicative offer price has been set at ₹60 per unit, reflecting a 2.8% discount to the last closing price.

Senco Gold | Jewellery retailer reported a 6.5% year-on-year (YoY) growth in total revenue for the second quarter (Q2FY26), despite headwinds from record-high gold prices and seasonal factors. For the first half of FY26 (H1FY26), Senco’s total revenue grew 17.8% YoY, driven by a 16% increase in retail business and a Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG) of 7.5%. The company cited steady investment demand, central bank buying, and strong retail interest as key growth factors.
CONCOR | State-run logistics and multimodal transport company reported a 10.5% year-on-year (YoY) rise in total throughput at 14.40 lakh twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2FY26), compared to 13.03 lakh TEUs in the same period last year. According to provisional data submitted to the exchanges, EXIM (export-import) throughput grew 8.72% YoY to 10.93 lakh TEUs, up from 10.05 lakh TEUs in the September 2024 quarter. Domestic throughput increased 16.67% YoY to 3.47 lakh TEUs, compared to 2.98 lakh TEUs in the year-ago period.
UGRO Capital | Non-bank lender said it has approved the issuance of up to ₹300 crore through listed, rated, senior, secured, transferable, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), with an option to retain oversubscription of up to ₹150 crore, the company said following its Investment and Borrowing Committee meeting on October 8, 2025. The issue will be made through private placement under three series—Series I, II, and III—each with a base size of ₹100 crore and a green shoe option of ₹50 crore.
