However, there are multiple moving parts to contend with. Oil prices have eased but are still above $100. What has also eased is the US Dollar. However, sentiments remain fragile. Even if the Nifty sees a bounce, 23,200 – 23,300 may emerge as a supply zone.
On the downside, the next support emerges at 22,800 – 22,700. What also needs to be watched today is the reopening of the currency market after Thursday’s holiday. Uncertainties around a heavyweight like HDFC Bank may also keep ultra-bullish sentiments in check. The situation remains uncertain and the weekend is nearing, promising another volatile session.
