
The approvals cover “Integrated Residential Township Phase 6B” in New Chandigarh, Punjab, and “Metro City P-8B” in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The projects fall under the residential plotted category and are targeted at both domestic and international markets.
The Punjab project has been registered with the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority. It is being developed by Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers Private Limited and is located at Kharar, Village Bansapur, Paintpur, Sainimajra, SAS Nagar, Punjab-140901.

The Uttar Pradesh project, “Metro City P-8B,” has been registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority. It is being developed by Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited and is situated at Omaxe Metro City on multiple khasra numbers in Sarojini Nagar tehsil, Lucknow district.
Both approvals are subject to standard conditions prescribed by the respective regulatory authorities.
The company said the RERA registrations certify compliance with applicable regulations, enable sale, transfer and advertisement of the projects, and ensure transparency and legal protection for buyers. The approvals are also expected to strengthen brand value and support consolidated financial performance.
The Punjab project approval is valid until December 1, 2030, while the Uttar Pradesh project approval remains valid until October 9, 2027, unless extended by the respective authorities.

On Friday (March 20), shares of Omaxe Ltd ended at ₹71.07, up by ₹0.28, or 0.40%, on the BSE.
