Heating equipment maker JNK India Ltd on Friday, March 27, announced that the company has bagged a major order worth ₹300 crore to ₹600 crore from its Korean promoter JNK Global.
The order is to provide support services and supplies to JNK Global for the cracker furnace package of a refinery project in India. The order from the international entity would be completed by February 2, 2028.
In a regulatory exchange, the company has clarified that there is no potential conflict of interest arising out of this transaction, though JNK Global is one of the promoters of the company.
The company classifies orders below ₹100 crore as significant, ₹100–300 crore as large, ₹600–1,000 crore as mega, and anything above ₹1,000 crore as ultra-mega.
Shares of JNK India ended at ₹220 apiece, down 5.22% for the day.
In October 2025, the Korean promoter placed an ultra-mega order for providing support services and supplies for the cracker furnace package of a refinery project in India.
