
In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Endurance Technologies Ltd posted a net profit of ₹210 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company’s revenue from operations was up 10.4% to ₹2,963.5 crore as against 2,684.8 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
At the operating level, EBITDA rose 8.5% to ₹422.5 crore in the fourth quarter of this fiscal over ₹389.4 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA margin stood at 14.3% in the reporting quarter as compared to 14.5% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.

Endurance Technologies reported that aftermarket sales from its Indian operations rose to ₹5,063 million in FY25, up from ₹4,609 million in the previous financial year. For the full year, the company’s consolidated basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹59.46, a notable increase from ₹48.38 reported in the corresponding period last year.
The board has recommended a dividend of ₹10 per equity share of face value ₹10 each (100%) for the financial year 2024-25. Subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), the dividend will be paid between August 18, 2025, and September 11, 2025.
Endurance Technologies has fixed August 1, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholder entitlement for the proposed dividend. The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Endurance Technologies Ltd ended at ₹2,170.00, down by ₹23.70 or 1.08% on the BSE.
