Shares of Ahluwalia Contracts Ltd. will be in focus on Tuesday, April 15, after the company announced that it has won an order from Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd.
The stock markets are closed for a holiday on Monday.
Ahluwalia Contracts said in an exchange filing that it has won the order for core and shell works of sub and super structure for all the towers (T1, T2, T3 and T4), including NTA, club & retail, boundary wall, RWH, waterproofing & LPS works at Godrej Riverine project in Sector-44, Noida.
The order, worth ₹396.5 crore, excluding GST, will have to be executed in the next 25 months, the company said.
Promoters or any other group company does not have any stake in this order win.
Shares of Ahluwalia Contracts ended 4% higher last Friday at ₹860.2. The stock has risen 16% in the last one month. The surge over the last one month has trimmed losses for the stock in 2025 to 18%.
