
The ₹145-crore IPO, which was open for subscription from May 20 to 22, saw robust demand across investor categories. The IPO price band was fixed at ₹205-216 per share. The IPO was overall subscribed nearly 149 times, as per the NSE data.
Retail investors led the demand by subscribing their category more than 200 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) category was booked 237.42 times the allotted quota. The Qualified Institutional Buyers’ (QIB) segment also saw strong demand, with a subscription of 87.2 times.

Following the IPO allotment, the company is scheduled to process refunds and transfer shares to the Demat accounts on May 26. Shares of Boarana Weaves Ltd are expected to debut on both the BSE and NSE on Monday, May 27.
Before the public issue, Borana Weaves raised ₹62.5 crore from anchor investors. The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue, with 67.08 lakh equity shares on offer.
The proceeds from the IPO will be used to establish a new manufacturing facility in Surat, Gujarat, for producing grey fabric, support additional working capital requirements and meet general corporate expenses.
