The board of 3M India has fixed July 25, 2025, as the record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for payment of the dividend. This dividend will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
3M India previous dividends:
Special dividend (21 Nov 2022) – ₹850
Final dividend (26 Jul 2023) – ₹100
Special dividend (05 Jul 2024) – ₹525
Final dividend (05 Jul 2024) – ₹160
The company has no history of a bonus or a stock split.
Besides, 3MIndia’s revenue rose by 9.50% from the same quarter last year to ₹1,198.20 crore for the fourth quarter. The company had reported a topline of ₹1,095 crore in the base quarter.
Net profit declined by 58.7% from last year to ₹71 crore.
Its Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) rose by 5.80% year-on-year to ₹227 crore, while margins narrowed to 18.92% from 19.57% last year.
3M India is a manufacturer for products for the electronics, telecommunications, industrial, healthcare, safety and other markets.
Shares of 3M India fell over 1% post the dividend announcement to ₹29,755. The stock is still trading lower on a year-to-date basis.
