
The Indian IT firm will support Entrust in modernising its product development, infrastructure, and applications using advanced generative AI and analytics.
The services include building AI-powered self-service tools, enhancing user experience, and strengthening application security through proactive vulnerability detection and intelligent software development practices.
“We chose Wipro based on its ability to help us access top talent, scale for market opportunities, and add new capabilities,” said Jeff Smolinski, Senior Vice President of Operations at Entrust. He added that Wipro’s customer-centric approach aligned well with Entrust’s values.
Wipro, which first referenced this deal in its October 2024 quarterly results without naming the client, said the collaboration will improve operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and security for Entrust.

Ahead of the announcement, shares of Wipro closed at ₹246.20 on the BSE on Tuesday, down 0.61%.
