
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) reported an 18% year-on-year rise in net profit for the March quarter. Profit stood at ₹638.5 crore, up from ₹541 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue rose 30% YoY to ₹901 crore, compared to ₹695 crore a year ago.

On a sequential (quarter-on-quarter) basis, profit declined slightly from ₹642 crore reported in the December 2024 quarter.
Revenue also fell 4% quarter-on-quarter.
Other income dropped to ₹124 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹155 crore in the same period last year. Total expenses rose 11% YoY to ₹189.6 crore.
The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹90 per equity share of face value ₹5 each for FY25. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
If approved, it will be paid within the applicable regulatory timelines, the company said in an exchange filing.
The company had earlier declared and paid an interim dividend of ₹70 per share for FY25.
HDFC AMC provides asset management services to HDFC Mutual Fund, alternative investment funds, and offers portfolio and advisory services.
The stock closed over 2% higher at ₹4,216 apiece on the BSE.
