
The acquisition includes 1,78,08,116 equity shares (22.50% of the company’s equity) tendered under the open offer announced on August 10, 2024, and completed on March 22, 2025.
In addition, Aquilo House acquired 1,23,46,641 shares from Lake District Holdings Ltd (LDHL), 59,78,718 shares from Partners Group ESCL Ltd (PGEL), and 26,23,753 shares from Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC (PGPE), under definitive agreements executed in August 2024.

Following the completion of these transactions, Aquilo House now holds 3,87,57,228 equity shares in Aavas Financiers, representing 48.96% of the total equity share capital.
The company also confirmed that the outgoing shareholders, previously part of the promoter group, have sought reclassification to the public category, as disclosed in the February 2025 letter of offer issued in connection with the open offer.
Shares of Aavas Financiers Ltd ended at ₹2,091.30, up by ₹99.40, or 4.99%, on the BSE.
