
HCL Technologies | The company posted an 8.1% increase in consolidated net profit at ₹4,307 crore for the March quarter 2024-25. The company had logged a profit of ₹3,986 crore for the same period a year ago, it said in a regulatory filing. Revenue from operations increased 6.1% to ₹30,246 crore from ₹28,499 crore in the March quarter 2023-24.
Cyient DLM | The company reported a 36.5% year-on-year increase in fourth-quarter net profit, driven by strong revenue growth and improved margins. The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹31 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, up from ₹22.7 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations rose 18.3% to ₹428 crore, compared with ₹361.8 crore a year earlier, propelled by strong demand in aerospace and defense.
AU Small Finance Bank | The bank reported a sequential decline of 4.7% in net profit for Q4 FY25, coming in at ₹503.7 crore compared to ₹528.4 crore in Q3. However, the profit was up 18% year-on-year. Net interest income (NII) grew 3.5% quarter-on-quarter to ₹2,093.9 crore, surpassing CNBC-TV18’s estimate of ₹2,070.1 crore. On a year-on-year basis, NII rose 57%, supported by strong traction in both deposits and advances.
Tata Communication | The company reported a 223.6% year-on-year (YoY) spike in net profit at ₹1,040.5 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025, driven by robust growth across its digital fabric portfolio. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Tata Communications posted a net profit of ₹321.5 crore. The company’s revenue from operations increased 6.1% YoY to ₹5,990.4 crore against ₹5,645.1 crore in Q4 of FY2024.
Ashoka Buildcon | Construction engineering company said it has secured a ₹568.86-crore contract from Central Railway for a gauge conversion project between Pachora and Jamner in Maharashtra. The company confirmed the receipt of the letter of acceptance (LoA) for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract. The project involves constructing earthworks, major and minor bridges, road under-bridges (RUBs), permanent way work, and associated civil infrastructure.
Havells India | Consumer electrical goods maker reported a 15.73% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹517 crore for the March quarter. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of ₹446.7 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing from Havells India. Its revenue from operations was up 20.24% to ₹6,543.56 crore in the March quarter. It was ₹5,442.02 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.
Waaree Energies | Solar panel maker reported a 34.1% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit at ₹618.9 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Waaree Energies posted a net profit of ₹461.5 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company’s revenue from operations surged 36.4% to ₹4,003.9 crore as against ₹2,935.8 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
Delta Corp | Gaming and hospitality Limited on Tuesday (April 22) reported a 127.4% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit at ₹164.6 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Delta Corp posted a net profit of ₹72.4 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company’s revenue from operations dipped 1.2% to ₹182.6 crore as against ₹185.5 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
