
The new hotels will operate under The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott, and Fairfield by Marriott brands. This agreement further expands Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited’s existing partnership with Marriott, bringing their total collaboration to eight hotels and 1,388 keys, which includes the currently operating Sheraton Grand Bangalore at Brigade Gateway and Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark.
The new properties and their anticipated opening dates are:
Courtyard by Marriott Chennai World Trade Center: Anticipated to open in FY27, featuring 45 guestrooms and two dining outlets.
Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru International Airport: Expected to open in FY28, offering 224 rooms, conferencing spaces, and two dining venues.
Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Brigade Valencia: Slated for a FY28 opening, with 151 keys, a three-meal restaurant, and a bar.
The Ritz-Carlton Vaikom Island, Kerala: Projected to welcome guests in FY 2029, this all-villa retreat will feature 70 keys, each with a private pool, and five distinct dining venues.
JW Marriott Chennai OMR: Anticipated to open in FY 2030, comprising 250 guest rooms and suites, multiple wellness spaces, and five culinary experiences.
Thiruvananthapuram Marriott Hotel World Trade Center: Expected to open in FY 2030, offering 200 rooms and five dining venues.
The shares of Brigade Hotel are trading almost flat at ₹84.33, down 0.2% on the BSE.
