
JLR said: “We are working at pace to resolve global IT issues impacting our business. We will provide an update as appropriate in due course.”
Tata Motors added that it will provide requisite disclosures as and when received from JLR.
Separately, Tata Motors on Monday reported that its wholesales rose 2% year-on-year to 73,178 units in August, compared with 71,693 units in the same month last year.
The company’s total domestic sales, however, declined 2% year-on-year to 68,482 units in August 2025, against 70,006 units in August 2024.
Domestic passenger vehicle dispatches fell 7% to 41,001 units last month from 44,142 units in August 2024.
Meanwhile, domestic commercial vehicle sales grew 6% to 27,481 units, compared with 25,864 units in the year-ago period.
Tata Motors shares ended 3.09% higher on Monday at ₹689.70. The stock has risen nearly 6% in the last one month.
