Anand Rathi Wealth reported its fourth-straight monthly gain in August, with shares rising 11.9% in the month. Meanwhile, the stock has gained 50% in 2025, so far.
In March 2025, Anand Rathi Wealth issued its first bonus in the 1:1 ratio, which means one free share for every share held as on the record date. In April, the company had announced a final dividend of ₹7 per share.

, joint CEO Feroze Azeez told CNBC-TV18 that internally, the company has discussed issuing bonus every two to three years. However, he clarified that these were just internal discussions and not guidance. “Every time I give a bonus, I want to give ₹14 dividend on expanded number of shares. That’s the aspiration,” he said.
The company’s shares listed on the bourses in December 2021, when it sold its equity at ₹550 apiece to raise ₹660 crore via the IPO. The stock, adjusted for its bonus shares, has gained 434.5% from its issue price till now.
The company had also announced a buyback of equity shares in June last year, where it repurchased around 0.9% of its outstanding equity at ₹4,450 per share.
A total of three analysts have coverage on the stock, with one “buy” rating and two “hold” ratings.
The stock was trading 4.1% higher at ₹2,909 apiece around 12.10 pm on Monday.
