
The company’s client base increased by 1.3% on a month-on-month basis to 37.39 million from 36.93 million in February. On a year-on-year basis, the metric grew by 20.5%.
Gross client acquisition in March declined 10.7% month-on-month to 0.51 million from 0.57 million in February 2026. On a year-on-year basis, this metric rose by 7.5%.
The number of orders placed decreased by 2.8% in March, in comparison to February to 139.98 million. On the flip side, the year-on-year growth was a positive 37.1%.
Average daily orders increased for Angel One during the month of March at 7.37 million from 6.86 million in February. This metric too, was up 37.1% from the year-ago quarter.
Average daily turnover (ADTO), based on notional turnover, declined 10.4% month-on-month overall, while ADTO in the futures and options segment also fell 11.3% month-on-month. On a year-on-year basis, overall ADTO grew 37.3%, while futures and options ADTO rose 34.8%.
Retail turnover market share for Angel One declined by 108 basis points on an overall basis from last month, while F&O market share declined by 101 basis points. Both metrics grew by 26 basis points and 68 basis points year-on-year.
Cash turnover market share decreased by 178 basis points month-on-month, while commodity turnover market share rose by 15 basis points from February.
