
The company booked 407 units in Q1 FY26, lower than 597 units in Q4 FY25. The previous quarter’s higher volume was driven by the sale of 295 units in Nitara Phase 2 and 3 (3.97 lakh square feet, ₹174.35 crore) and 59 units in Amarah Phase 5 (1.05 lakh square feet, ₹158.96 crore).
During the latest quarter, Ashiana launched two new projects. Ashiana Tarang Phase 6 in Bhiwadi saw bookings of 117 out of 192 units, with 1.457 lakh square feet sold for ₹68.23 crore. Ashiana Aravali in Jaipur recorded sales of 30 out of 50 units, with 0.745 lakh square feet sold for ₹56.26 crore.

For reference, Ashiana Housing had booked 26.97 lakh square feet worth ₹1,936.75 crore during the full FY25.
