
The international contract is valued at $67.25 million (approximately ₹562 crore) and will be executed over a period of 18 months.
The company had earlier received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Guyana’s Public Works Department on June 18, 2025. The agreement marks a significant international order win for Ashoka Buildcon, which will carry out the project under an item rate contract model.
The Phase 2 linkage is part of Guyana’s larger infrastructure development initiative aimed at improving connectivity between major economic corridors. This latest contract highlights Ashoka Buildcon’s growing footprint in overseas markets, particularly in road and infrastructure segments.

There is no related party interest in the contract, and the deal does not fall under related party transactions, the company clarified in its regulatory filing.
At 2:02 PM, shares of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd were trading at ₹202.40, down 1.05% for the day on the NSE, recovering from an intraday low of ₹198.22.
