
For the March quarter, Bajaj Electricals reported a 6% growth in its topline to ₹1,265 crore from ₹1,188 crore last year.
The board of Bajaj Electricals has recommended a dividend of ₹3 per share (150%) of face value of ₹2 each on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
Record date for the said dividend has been fixed as July 18, 2025.
The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting, will be credited by August 11, 2025.
“We are encouraged with the performance of this quarter and are confident that with two consecutive rate cuts announced by RBI, and the inflation being contained below the target rate, it will help the demand to continue to
improve,” said Shekhar Bajaj, Chairman of Bajaj Electricals.
Following the earnings announcement, shares of Bajaj Electricals Ltd. are currently trading 14.93% higher at ₹609. The stock is down over 20% so far in 2025.
