Rank Changes: Compared with last year, Nvidia, Google, Apple, Akamai Technologies, VMware, Target, Zoho, and ServiceNow remained among the top-rated employers. Adobe, CRED, Nokia, ThoughtWorks, Airbnb, Lowe’s, and Autodesk entered the top 15 this year. Some of the highest-paying companies, including Meta, Broadcom, and Amazon, are not among the top-rated employers. In contrast, companies with strong satisfaction scores, such as Akamai Technologies, Target, and CRED, offer median pay below the top tier. Fewer than one-third of the top-paying companies also appear among the highest-rated employers.
Search Patterns: The most searched companies by professionals in India over the past year were Microsoft, Google, Uber, Amazon, Salesforce, Meta, Atlassian, Apple, Qualcomm, and eBay. Frequently searched terms included “layoff,” “offer,” “H-1B,” “Meta India,” “Google India,” and “Meta London,” indicating concern about job security and interest in overseas roles. Blind said verified users can access its database covering about 248,000 companies since May 2020.
