
With this, BHEL’s total order book at the end of FY25 stood at ₹1.95 lakh crore, it said.
BHEL’s revenue for FY25 was at ₹27,350 crore, up 19% from the previous fiscal.
In the power sector, BHEL won orders worth ₹81,349 crore in the fiscal under review. The industrial segment witnessed new orders worth ₹11,185 crore.
Meanwhile, on the execution front, BHEL commissioned/synchronised 8.1 GW of power capacity, it said.
Last week, the company entered a technology transfer agreement with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) to access indigenous diaphragm technology for electrolysers. focuses on BARC’s Mixed-Matrix Membrane Diaphragm Technology, which will be used in electrolyser systems to separate hydrogen and oxygen during electrolysis.
Earlier this month, the company inked an MoU with Italy-based Nuovo Pignone International to jointly address compressor revamp opportunities in India’s fertiliser sector. The MoU will remain in effect for 10 years unless extended by mutual consent. Under the agreement, BHEL will act as the lead bidder for targeted compressor train revamp projects in India, while Nuovo Pignone will serve as the nominated vendor with a defined scope of work.
BHEL shares ended the previous session 0.44% higher at ₹227 apiece. The stock has declined 12.5% in the past year.
