Pintu’s assets
Pintu has declared personal assets valued at ₹14.84 crore, comprising movable assets of ₹1.45 crore and immovable properties worth ₹13.39 crore. His movable possessions include:
- Three vehicles — two Scorpios and one Fortuner — worth ₹74.49 lakh
- Gold jewellery weighing 202 grams and silver utensils of 1,809 grams
- Bank deposits of ₹7.85 lakh
- National Savings Certificates, LIC investments and personal loans totalling around ₹19 lakh
Bank loans exceeding ₹40 lakh
Among his immovable properties, Pintu owns two residential buildings on Dumra Road and Old Exchange Road in Sitamarhi, together valued at ₹5.35 crore. He has also inherited around six acres of land in Bhagwatipur Amghatta, currently valued at ₹5.15 crore. Additionally, he owns 10,887 sq ft of non-agricultural land worth approximately ₹51 lakh.
Wife also declares crores in assets
Pintu’s wife Manju Devi has declared assets worth ₹6.18 crore, including movable assets of ₹54 lakh and immovable assets worth ₹5.64 crore. Her property portfolio includes:
- A residential apartment in Patna’s Shastri Nagar valued at ₹1.15 crore
- A commercial building in Sitamarhi valued at ₹4.07 crore
- Agricultural and non-agricultural land collectively worth ₹82 lakh
