Fourth Quarter Results
BL Kashyap and Sons reported a consolidated revenue of ₹297.35 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), marking an 18.6% increase from ₹250.75 crore in the previous quarter, though down from ₹348.78 crore in Q4 FY24.Also Read: Construction firm BL Kashyap bags 2 orders worth ₹1,021 crore from DLF City, Sattva Homes
Despite the sequential growth in revenue, the company posted a net loss of ₹3.26 crore for the quarter, compared to a net profit of ₹23.66 crore in the same period last year.
Operating profit (EBITDA) stood at ₹15.70 crore, with margins at 5.34%, sharply lower than ₹30.31 crore in Q4 FY24. The decline in profitability was attributed to rising input costs and margin pressure, which offset the revenue gains.
While the quarter ended in the red, BL Kashyap closed FY25 with a strong order book exceeding ₹3,000 crore, providing a healthy execution pipeline for the coming fiscal.

Shares of B L Kashyap and Sons Ltd ended at ₹68.53, down by ₹0.32, or 0.46%, on the BSE.
