
The company had informed the exchanges of the board meeting on April 6.
This would be the company’s second bonus issue in as many years. In March 2025, Anand Rathi Wealth had issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1, which means eligible shareholders had received one bonus share for every one they held as on the record date.
The company has also paid its shareholders dividends worth ₹57 per equity share since January 2022 and has conducted a buyback of shares in June 2024.
At the end of the third quarter, promoters held 43.1% stake in the firm, mutual funds owned 9.12% stake, while around ₹70,000 retail shareholders, or those with an authorised share capital of up to ₹2 lakh, held 17% stake. Meanwhile, retail shareholders with authorised share capital of over ₹2 lakh held 14.78% stake.
Shares of Anand Rathi Wealth management ended the previous session 3.5% higher at ₹3,408 apiece. The stock has risen 10.1% in this year, so far.
