
The project offers two- and three-bedroom units ranging from around 1,100 to 1,800 sq ft, with a focus on spacious layouts, natural light and large decks. Brigade Lumina is positioned as a net-zero carbon development, incorporating renewable energy integration, advanced water management and zero-waste systems.
Managing Director Pavitra Shankar said the project reflects the company’s focus on future-ready developments and addresses the undersupply of premium housing in northwest Bengaluru. She highlighted metro connectivity as a key driver of demand in the micro-market.
The project is located a short walk from the Manjunathanagara Metro Station on the Green Line, offering access to key office hubs, schools and healthcare facilities. It will also feature a 15,000 sq ft clubhouse, sports courts, swimming pool and dedicated recreational zones.
Shares of Brigade Enterprises Ltd ended at ₹663.10, up 2.58% on Wednesday ahead of the announcement.
