
Canara Bank and ORIX Corporation Europe NV are the promoters of the company.
The offer comprises an offer for sale of up to 4.98 crore equity shares of value of ₹10 each, including 2.59 crore equity shares of Canara Bank and up to 2.39 crore equity shares of ORIX Corporation Europe NV.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
SBI Capital Markets Ltd, Axis Capital Ltd and JM Financial Ltd are the book running lead managers to the issue, the company said.
Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd’s primary activities include managing mutual funds and providing investment advice on Indian equities.
It manages 25 schemes, comprising 12 equity schemes, 10 debt schemes and three hybrid schemes with a quarterly average assets under management of 1.08 lakh crore, as of December 31, 2024, the company said.
It has witnessed a growth in its QAAUM growing at a CAGR of 34.75% between March 31, 2022 and March 31, 2024, compared to industry growth of 18.8%, it said, citing a CRISIL report.
