
The construction engineering company has announced securing a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the step-down subsidiary of Raymond Ltd, TenX Realty Ltd, for a project in Bandra, Mumbai. The total contract value of the contract stands at ₹220 crore, excluding GST charges.
As per the details, the contract involves Civil Core & Shell Works for the project, ‘The Address by GS’, which is a Bandra Project including three basements, G-23 floors & Non-Tower area at Nirmal Nagar, Off Western Express Highway in Bandra East.
The company has informed the stock exchanges that neither of its Promoters, the Promoter Group, or any Group Companies hold any interest in the entity awarding the contract.

The company has a strong track record of project delivery, and its MD has stated that they are confident of meeting the timelines of the project, while exceeding the client’s expectations.
Shares of Capacite Infraprojects Ltd surged almost 4% on Tuesday to record an intraday peak of ₹373.55 per piece on the BSE and were seen trading 2.8% higher at ₹371 each on the stock exchange in the afternoon session at 2:40 pm.
The construction engineering stock has dipped 2% over the last three months while shedding 15% so far in the ongoing calendar year 2025. In contrast, Capacite Infraprojects’ shares have gained 25% over a year.
