
In an exchange filing, the Delhi-based builders said that they received a Letter of Acceptance from Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC).
Scope Of Project
The company was announced as the lowest bidder (L1) on June 3 and has been subsequently selected for the construction of Unity Mall in Karnal, Haryana.
This project would involve work of planning, design, engineering, procurement and construction of Unity Mall.
As per the exchange filing, the period for execution and completion of the project is 24 months from the date of commencement of work, and 36 months will be for the defect liability period and operation and maintenance for 12 months.
In the fourth quarter of FY25, the company saw an 18.73% uptick in net sales, to ₹224.32 crore from ₹188.94 crore in March 2024.
The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) stands at Rs. 24.28 crore in March 2025, down 54.81% compared to the same quarter last year.
Shares of Deepak Builders are currently trading 3.2% higher on Thursday at ₹147. The stock is down 25% so far in 2025.
