
The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) order is for twin tube unidirectional tunnel (two-lane in each traffic division) in the Kozhikode and Wayanad districts of Kerala. It also includes the four lane approach road for direct connectivity between Anakkampoyil-Kalladi-Meppadi, the company said.
The contract is to be executed in 48 months.
The company reported a net profit of ₹170.8 crore in the March quarter, up from 5.3 crore in the previous fiscal.
Its revenue declined 8% to ₹3,096 crore in the fourth quarter compared to 3,365.6 crore in the year-ago period.
Its earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased to ₹660.8 crore from ₹329.8 crore in the previous year. The company’s margin also expanded to 21.3% from 9.8% in the year-ago period.\
In March 2025, Dilip Buildcon’s joint venture had secured a contract from BSNL for Bharat Net Phase III project.
Shares of Dilip Buildcon gained 3.9% to hit an intraday high of ₹506.85 apiece on Friday, June 20. The stock was up 1.34% at 494 apiece at 11.55 am. The stock has gained 8.4% this year, so far.
