The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend has been fixed as July 15, 2025.
In addition to approving the dividend, shareholders will also vote on key matters such as the reappointment of Aakil Mahajan as Director, the appointment of Stephanie Billet as a Non-Executive Director, and the ratification of remuneration for the cost auditor.
The 75th AGM is scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM IST via video conferencing and other audio-visual means.

The company has also proposed the appointment of M/s. Parikh & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term.
