
The contract involves upgrading common effluent treatment plants in Kolhapur district as part of the Panchganga River pollution control programme.
According to the company’s filing, the Letter of Intent was issued on July 8, and the project is to be executed over 24 months.
The scope of work includes design, supply, installation, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance of the upgraded facilities. The plants will be equipped with zero liquid discharge systems and will serve cooperative industrial estates in Ichalkaranji, Hatkanangale, and Yadrav.

The order is domestic in nature and not classified as a related-party transaction. The company also confirmed that none of the promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority.
