He gave input on unlocking human potential, emphasising the importance of cultivating dynamic, active intelligence. Sadhguru explained that this form of intelligence allows individuals to see life in its fullness, enabling unique expression and profound experiences.
Sadhguru stressed that education should not be limited to examinations but rather should provide access to life. He encouraged students to keep their intelligence in a dynamic mode, avoiding comparisons and competition.
Instead, he advised them to focus on developing their unique sparkle, which can be achieved by activating their intelligence.
“If you have to be competent, you need access. To find access, there are many aspects to it. One important thing is you have an active dynamic intelligence. Don’t ever think, am I as intelligent as this person or that person? There is no such thing…” he added.
“Everybody can sparkle and do things that others cannot imagine. The only thing is, because there is no striving, that sparkle doesn’t happen… Intelligence is not about usefulness. Intelligence creates a profound experience in life. The more you activate your intelligence, the more access you have to everything you see,” Sadhguru added.
Highlighting the importance of approaching life with a playful attitude, the spiritual leader suggested that students should make their textbooks a source of enjoyment rather than a challenge.

“Your textbook is not a challenge for your intelligence. No matter who you are, you are unnecessarily making it difficult for yourself by approaching it in a said way. Make your textbook itself into your play. If you make it playful, your textbook is not a challenge,” Sadhguru said.
He also cautioned against the distractions caused by mobile phones and social media, focusing on the need for individuals to decide how to use these platforms, rather than allowing them to control their lives.
To help students cultivate their intelligence and achieve a state of vibrancy, Sadhguru led them in a vocal exercise, using basic sounds to stimulate energy and vibrancy in the body and mind. “Examination or no examination, you must keep yourself in full vibrancy for this. There is a simple process. You know the sound is a vibration, so we will use some basic sound,” he added.

He encouraged students to practice this exercise regularly, ideally on an empty stomach, to experience a newfound resurgence of energy and vibrancy. Sadhguru further said, “Set some kind of reminder for 7 minutes and try to do it twice a day or at least once a day in the morning; best done on an empty stomach, but it doesn’t matter. If you do these sounds for 7 minutes, you will see a new resurgence of energy in the system and a new level of vibrancy in your body and your mind.”
