The Voter Enumeration Form is used by the Election Commission of India (ECI) to update and maintain accurate electoral rolls. Individuals who have recently turned 18, changed their address, or identified errors in their existing voter ID details are required to fill out this form to ensure their information is correctly reflected in the voter list.
Where to Begin?
To initiate the process, visit the official Voter Service Portal at https://voters.eci.gov.in.
On the homepage:
- Click on “Forms.”
- Select “Enumeration Form (Bihar).”
- You can download the form to review the required details.
- A sample form is also available in both Hindi and English for reference.
Step-by-Step: How to Fill the Form
Step 1: Log in
To begin, log in using either:
- Your EPIC number (Voter ID number), or
- Your registered mobile number.
Ensure the following documents and information are readily available:
- A passport-size photograph
- Aadhaar number
- Date of birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format)
- Name and EPIC number of a parent or guardian (if available)
Step 2: Upload Documents
- Upload a clear digital signature, done on plain white paper using a black or blue pen.
- Answer the declaration questions, including whether your name appeared in the 2003 voter list.
- Select your Assembly Constituency from the dropdown menu.
- Upload a valid proof of address, such as an Aadhaar card, electricity bill, etc.
Step 3: Final Submission
Once all the sections are complete:
- Review the information carefully for accuracy.
- Click on “Submit.”
- When prompted for confirmation, click “Yes” only if all your details are verified and correct.
The last date to submit the Voter Enumeration Form is July 26, 2025, as notified by the Election Commission of India.
