
The contract price is ₹1,453.57 crore, with a completion period of 910 days from the appointed date, the filing said.
The project covers the section from Ch. 208+90 (Existing Km 535.93) in Nasarpore Village, Umarpada Taluka, to Ch. 269+11 (Existing Km 608.51) in Malotha Village, Vyara Taluka, and will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM, Package VI), stated the exchange filing.
The financial bid opening took place on 27 March 2026, and G R Infraprojects was declared the lowest bidder (L-1) by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
The company also noted that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for all designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement.
G R Infraprojects said it will provide updates on further developments regarding the project.
Earlier in the week, G R Infraprojects had received a Letter of Award (LOA) from NHAI for a ₹2,440.87 crore highway project in Bihar. The project involves construction of a four-lane greenfield section of National Highway-33 from Mokama to Munger under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), the company said in an exchange filing dated 23 March 2026.
Shares of G R Infraprojects Ltd ended lower on Friday, March 27, by 2.28% at ₹804.50 on the NSE.
