
The company said the order was received on April 13, 2026, for execution of civil works, including earthwork, bridges and station buildings, along with P-way works for a 2×800 MW thermal power project at Mirzapur.
The project will be executed under an item rate/BOQ mode, with a total contract value of ₹519.33 crore, including taxes. The execution period for the project is 18 months.

The company stated that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is not a related party transaction. It also said the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
In February this year, HG Infra Engineering said it had received a letter of award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the construction of a new six-lane access-controlled Capital Region Ring Road Package-III in Odisha.
The project spans from Gobindpur (NH-55) to Tangi near Bandola Toll Plaza (NH-16) with a total length of 40.33 km. The project is awarded under the hybrid annuity mode (HAM) with an estimated project cost of ₹1,827.33 crore.

HG Infra Engineering’s bid project cost stands at ₹1,582.11 crore, excluding applicable taxes (GST). The construction period for the project is set at 910 days.
Shares of HG Infra Engineering Ltd ended at ₹553.90, up by ₹8.65, or 1.59%, on the BSE today, April 13.
