
Under the agreement, Infosys will deploy its Live Enterprise Automation Platform (LEAP), integrated with Infosys Topaz – its AI-first suite of services – to help HanesBrands simplify IT systems, enhance operational agility, and unlock greater value from data through generative AI and AIOps solutions.
“This partnership aligns with our long-term vision for agility, efficiency and customer-centricity,” said Scott Pleiman, Chief Strategy, Transformation, Analytics and Technology Officer at HanesBrands.
Infosys Executive Vice President Karmesh Vaswani said the collaboration would deliver “significant business value” and improve customer experience by leveraging Infosys’ AI and automation capabilities.
The deal will also focus on technology optimization, resource efficiency, and cultural alignment as HanesBrands accelerates its digital transformation.
HanesBrands, best known for brands such as Hanes, Bonds, Maidenform, and Bali, is the largest seller of innerwear in the US Infosys employs over 320,000 people and serves clients in more than 59 countries.
