For the fourth quarter, revenue also rose 19% sequentially to ₹726 crore as against ₹609.6 crore in the previous quarter.
Intellect Design Arena reported EBIT at ₹163 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹79 crore in the third quarter. Margin stood at 22.4%, in Q4 from 13% in Q3FY25.
The board also announced its highest dividend on record, along with its March quarter results.
Intellect Design recommended a final dividend of ₹4, along with a special dividend of ₹3 per share of face value of ₹5 each on the equity shares for the financial year 2025.
Record date for the payment of the final dividend has been set on July 18, 2025.
This will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting scheduled on July 25. Further, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration, the company said.
