Last week, ITD Cementation India said it had secured two new contracts collectively worth approximately ₹960 crore, excluding GST. The first project involves executing multiple construction works at Trivandrum International Airport in Kerala.

The second contract is for the construction of a multi-storied commercial building in Kolkata, West Bengal. The company did not name the client or provide a timeline for execution.
Fourth quarter results
ITD Cementation India’s net profit rose 27% year-on-year to ₹113.6 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31. The company’s topline also saw robust growth, with revenue increasing nearly 10% YoY to ₹2,478.7 crore, aided by steady execution across key projects.
Operating profit for the quarter rose 18% to ₹259.6 crore, leading to an improvement in operating margins to 10.5%, compared to 9.8% in the same period last year. The board of directors recommended a dividend of ₹2 per equity share (200%) for FY25.

Shares of ITD Cementation India Ltd ended at ₹889.50, up by ₹12.40, or 1.41%, on the BSE.
