The company reported a 3% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at ₹14 crore for the quarter ended June 30, compared with ₹13.6 crore a year earlier.
Revenue increased 4.6% to ₹1,546 crore from ₹1,478 crore, the company said in an exchange filing.

Jain Irrigation said demand growth in its micro-irrigation, tissue culture, exports and solar agri-pump segments supported revenue and margin expansion. However, lower mango prices affected its food processing division’s topline.
The company noted that early monsoon and a slowdown in Maharashtra’s Jal Jeevan Mission impacted its piping business, while margins there remained under pressure due to weak demand.
Jain Irrigation expects demand to recover in the second half of FY26 on the back of government infrastructure spending and a better monsoon spread.
The company’s shares ended 0.4% higher on the BSE on Friday.
