
The Indian IT services company will deploy its Digital Process Outsourcing suite and GenAI platform, AI Force, to streamline Just Energy’s IT, finance, analytics, customer care, sales, and renewals operations.
HCL Tech will also implement its digital workplace platform, digitalCOLLEAGUE, and business process optimization tool, Toscona, to enhance collaboration and workforce efficiency.
“We are confident that HCL Tech’s expertise will help us achieve our goals around efficiency and service improvements,” said Scott Fordham, Chief Operating Officer of Just Energy.
Ajay Bahl, Chief Growth Officer for HCL Tech in the Americas, said the partnership would support Just Energy’s innovation strategy and boost customer satisfaction.
HCL Tech, which employs more than 223,000 people across 60 countries, reported revenue of $13.8 billion for the 12 months ended March 2025.
HCL Tech shares ended 0.3% lower at ₹1,710.00 on the BSE on Thursday.
