
The BJP is fielding numerous prominent leaders as it aims to enhance its presence in the state. Among the key candidates is state party president and former Union minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar, who will contest from the Nemom Assembly constituency.
Meanwhile, former Union minister V Muraleedharan has been fielded from the Kazhakkottam constituency and George Kurian from Kanjirappally.
