Macrotech Developers, led by Abhishek Lodha, adopts a dual strategy of outright land purchases and partnerships with landowners to expand its residential offerings. The company is also active in developing industrial and logistics parks, as well as office and retail spaces.
In terms of sales performance, Macrotech reported record-breaking results. Its sales bookings rose 14% year-on-year to ₹4,810 crore in Q4 of the last fiscal, up from ₹4,230 crore in the same period a year ago.
For the full fiscal year, sales bookings surged 21% to ₹17,630 crore, compared to ₹14,520 crore in FY24.
The company, however, remains embroiled in a legal tussle over the usage of the Lodha brand name with House of Abhinandan Lodha, a rival firm founded by Abhishek Lodha’s younger brother.
