
The order pertains to construction of modern high rise structure of UCO Bank Head Office with green building rating at Kolkata’s New Town, the company said.
The company reported a 29.4% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit at ₹176 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, up from ₹136 crore in Q4FY24.
Revenue increased 16.2% to ₹4,642.5 crore against ₹3,996.3 a year ago.
At the operating level, EBITDA grew 19.3% YoY to ₹290 crore versus ₹243.2 crore. The EBITDA margin stood at 6.25%, compared to 6.09% in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
Shares of NBCC are currently trading 0.53% lower at ₹121.60. The stock has risen over 30% so far this year.
