
In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, NCC Ltd posted a net profit of ₹239.2 crore. Revenue from operations dipped 5.5% YoY to ₹6,120.9 crore against ₹6,484.9 crore.
EBITDA was up 1.1% to ₹556.5 crore over ₹550.3 crore in Q4FY24. The EBITDA margin expanded slightly to 9% in the reporting quarter versus 8.5%.

During the full year FY25, the company has secured orders of ₹32,888 crore (including change in scope), with the order book standing at (₹71,568 crore on a consolidated basis and ₹6,2471 crore on a standalone basis) as of March 31, 2025.
The board of directors recommended a dividend of ₹2.20 (110%) per equity share of the face value of ₹2 each, for FY25, payable subject to shareholder approval.
The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of NCC Ltd ended at ₹229.30, up by ₹3.05, or 1.35%, on the BSE.
