
In a press release filed with the exchanges, the real estate arm of the Raymond Group said the project spans around nine acres and is designed as a next-generation residential ecosystem for urban homebuyers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
The development will feature over five acres of landscaped open spaces, more than 75 lifestyle amenities, and two clubhouses of about 15,000 square feet each, designed as social and wellness hubs.

CEO Harmohan Sahni said the project reflects the company’s vision of building integrated residential ecosystems that cater to evolving urban lifestyles.
He added, “Thane is no longer just a suburb; it is a premier residential destination driven by massive infrastructure tailwinds. “
Ten X District 9 will offer two-bedroom residences ranging from around 600 to 820 square feet, aimed at aspirational urban buyers.
The project will also include ‘Park Street’, a nearly 45,000 sq. ft. high-street retail boulevard, offering dining and retail options within the residential complex.
Raymond Realty said the development is strategically located with connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway, Thane railway station, and upcoming Metro Lines 4, 4A and 5, as well as the proposed Thane–Borivali twin-tube tunnel.

The company added that the project aligns with Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) sustainability standards and has received the required RERA approval.
Shares of the company were trading 395.50 as of 12.14 pm. The stock has declined 59.19% in the last year.
