
EBITDA for the quarter rose by 30%, amounting to ₹596.9 crore, compared to ₹459.3 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting the company’s operational efficiency. The company’s margin also showed an improvement, increasing to 2.3% from 2% in the previous year.
For the full fiscal year 2025, Redington achieved a record consolidated revenue of ₹99,562 crore, marking an 11% increase YoY. The company’s consolidated profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹1,340 crore, excluding the divestment gain, reflecting a 10% increase YoY in normalized PAT. The robust results highlight Redington’s sustained growth trajectory across its diversified business segments and geographies, particularly driven by technology distribution, cloud services, and emerging digital solutions.
The company’s growth was underpinned by broad-based demand across its key markets. In Q4 FY2025, India experienced a 26% YoY growth, while the UAE market grew by 24%. Redington also saw strong growth in Saudi Arabia and Africa, reflecting its strategic investments in improving go-to-market capabilities, expanding brand partnerships, and building a stronger solution portfolio.

Redington’s cloud business continued its robust growth trajectory, increasing by 41% YoY in Q4 FY2025. The company’s Technology Solutions Group (TSG) grew by 28% YoY, driven by large deal wins and new software brand contracts.
The company’s Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹6.80 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This dividend represents 39.5% of the company’s consolidated profits, excluding the one-time divestment gain.
