The GET programme aims to identify high-potential talent from across India’s engineering colleges and prepare them for long-term technical careers within Reliance’s Energy and Materials businesses. Selected candidates embark on a one-year structured training journey that includes immersive learning modules, mentorship, and real-world assignments. Upon successful completion, candidates are absorbed into core technical roles across Reliance Industries.
Since its inception in 2024, the GET programme has recruited nearly 1,000 engineers each year, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for Reliance’s rapidly growing operations. The company has emphasised the programme’s nationwide reach, highlighting its use of digital platforms to extend opportunities to students even in remote and underrepresented regions.

The application window is currently open at present and will close on October 15, 2025 at 11:59 pm IST. Interested candidates can apply via the Reliance GET 2026 page hosted on the Unstop platform. A QR code has been released to provide students with quick access to the application portal. The selection process includes a series of online assessments, interviews, and evaluations to identify candidates with the right aptitude and mindset for the programme.
According to Reliance, the programme offers far more than just a first job. It provides exposure to some of the nation’s most ambitious industrial and clean energy projects, access to advanced technologies, and the opportunity to contribute to future-ready businesses. GETs are positioned as future technical leaders and are given structured career paths, significant responsibilities, and mentoring to help them grow within the organisation.
“For thousands of young engineers, this could be the start of a career that shapes both their personal growth and the nation’s progress,” the company noted and added that as the deadline approaches, Reliance is calling on engineering students from across India to seize the opportunity to be part of its vision for India’s industrial and energy future.
