SEAMEC Ltd | The company, in consortium with Supreme Hydro Private Ltd, secured a ₹410.74 crore contract from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation for operation and maintenance of the MSV Samudra Sevak vessel. The contract spans 738 days for 2026–2028 and will commence within 60 days.
GMR Airports Ltd | The company won the bid from Delhi International Airport Ltd to upgrade, modernise and operate Cargo Terminal-1 at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. The concession will run on a revenue-share model until 2036, with first full-year revenue share estimated at about ₹340 crore.
IndiGo | The airline will introduce a fuel surcharge from March 14, 2026, citing an 85%+ surge in jet fuel prices amid West Asia geopolitical tensions. Charges will range from ₹425 on domestic and Indian subcontinent routes to ₹2,300 on Europe routes. IndiGo said the moderate surcharge aims to balance rising costs while maintaining affordable air travel.
Voltas Ltd | The Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Investigation A, Mumbai, initiated a GST inspection at the company’s Chinchpokli office on March 12 under the Maharashtra GST Act, 2017. The inspection relates to GST records for Maharashtra. Voltas said it is cooperating with authorities and that the proceedings currently have no material impact on its operations or financials.
Bajel Projects Ltd | The company secured an EPC order worth over ₹700 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd to build a 400/220 kV AIS substation at Saswad in Pune district, along with associated transmission lines. The project, the company’s largest transmission contract, is expected to be completed within 23 months.
Ramky Infrastructure Ltd | The company’s arm, Maha Integrated Life Sciences City Ltd, signed a ₹3,000 crore concession agreement with Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation to develop a High-Tech Pharmaceutical Park at Dighi Port Industrial Area in Maharashtra. The PPP project will follow the DBFOT model with a 95-year concession period, including a five-year construction phase.
Dilip Buildcon Limited has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder for a road construction project worth ₹160.20 crore, excluding GST, the company said on March 14. The project involves the construction of a diversion road from 4/700 km to 11/500 km of the Duduka–Gopalpur–Toparia Road, a six-lane corridor with a service road, in Sundargarh district of Odisha.
