Shares of HDFC Bank fell over 5% on Thursday, down 13% in a month and nearly 20% in 2026 so far. Analyts believe the decline reflects near-term uncertainty.
Tata Consultancy Services | TCS signed an MoU with ABB to expand collaboration across IT infrastructure, AI and engineering solutions. Nestlé India | The company has added a new ‘Munch’ production line at its Sanand, Gujarat factory as part of its capacity expansion plans. The company will invest around ₹225 crore through internal accruals, with the new line expected to add an annual production capacity of about 8,300 tonnes and become operational within FY26.
Amber Enterprises | The company said its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Pvt Ltd, has approved raising ₹328 crore through a rights issue of equity shares. The company added that the proceeds will be used to support IL JIN’s strategic initiatives, according to an exchange filing.
Tata Elxsi | The company announced the launch of a global offshore development centre (ODC) for Tokyo-based Terumo Corporation to support advanced cardiac and vascular solutions. JSW Cement | The company announced the commissioning of its greenfield integrated cement plant in Nagaur, Rajasthan, marking its entry into North India. The facility has a cement grinding capacity of 2.5 MTPA and clinkerisation capacity of 3.3 MTPA.
NTPC Ltd | The company has signed an MoU with Octopus Energy Group to explore strategic collaboration across the power and energy sector. The agreement, signed at the Bharat Electricity Summit 2026, outlines a non-binding framework to pursue opportunities in areas such as power distribution and retail, renewable energy, storage, EV charging, digital platforms, and R&D.
Indiqube Spaces | The company has signed a workspace leasing agreement with a global capability centre (GCC) client in Pune, under which the client has taken up 1,140 seats at IndiQube Orchid across multiple floors. The five-year deal is valued at around ₹54 crore. Commenting on the development, Cofounder Rishi Das said GCCs have increasingly evolved into strategic hubs that drive innovation and deliver global outcomes.
Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd | The company approved a joint venture with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics to strengthen its global supply chain capabilities. The partnership, through Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Ltd in Dubai, will offer integrated 3PL and 4PL logistics solutions for the automotive sector globally (excluding Japan). Separately, the board also declared an interim dividend of ₹0.35 per share for FY26, with March 27, 2026, set as the record date.
Wipro Ltd | The IT major launched a new hub at GIFT City in Gandhinagar to strengthen its AI-led capabilities for global BFSI clients. The facility will focus on building next-generation, consulting-led and AI-first financial services solutions aligned with its Wipro Intelligence platform, the company said in a press release. It will support areas such as digital banking, capital markets, regulatory technology, risk and compliance, and core platform modernisation.
