Indian Overseas Bank | The RBI has imposed a ₹31.8 lakh penalty on Indian Overseas Bank for non-compliance with its Priority Sector Lending (PSL) targets and classification norms. The penalty follows supervisory findings and a show-cause notice issued to the bank.
Lupin Ltd | The company has received US FDA approval for its generic Rivaroxaban oral suspension (1 mg/mL), bioequivalent to Janssen’s Xarelto, for treating and reducing the risk of recurrent VTE in pediatric patients.

RITES Ltd | The State-owned company has signed an MoU with Etihad Rail and its subsidiary NICC LLC to boost collaboration in the mobility sector across the UAE and beyond. The pact was inked during the Global Rail Transport Infrastructure Exhibition & Conference in Abu Dhabi.
The New India Assurance | The company has received a GST tax demand of ₹2,379 crore over coinsurance premiums and reinsurance commissions, which the company plans to contest.
Atlantaa Ltd | The company has signed an agreement with IRCON International for constructing a 34.8 km stretch of the Bhandara–Gadchiroli Access Controlled Expressway in Maharashtra, a sub-contract worth ₹2,485 crore plus GST.
LG Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd | The company said some of its IT systems were impacted by a malware attack but assured operations remain secure and unaffected. Authorities have been notified, and containment measures are in place.
